HECTOR-M NH2
The NH2-modified stationary phase can be used in the HILIC, IEC, and NP modes.
The HILIC mode is for the separation of polar compounds, such as carbohydrates.
In the IEC mode, the NH2 phase works as a weak anion exchanger in aqueous buffers at a low pH.
In the NP mode, it is useful for separating basic compounds because the plus charge of the surface
prevents ionic interaction with basic compounds.
